What kind of files do you accept?

We can send a letter for any PDF that you upload to our system. You will soon be able to send mail through a text form on our app as well.

Do I need to live in the US to send mail?

No! You can be anywhere in the world, and you do not need to be a US citizen to take advantage of our mail service.

Do you mail in color?

Yes you can mail letters in either black and white or color. There is an extra fee of $0.20 per page for color printing.

Can I send postcards online?

We are working towards postcard mailing, but it is not yet available. If you would like to request this feature, please email us at [email protected]

How much do the mail services cost?

First class letters are $1.25 per mailing for one page, and reduces to $0.69 to send a letter with a monthly fee.

How fast does it take to mail a letter?

Letters are mailed within 2 business days. Depending on the time you intiate your mailing during the day, it could be the next business day.

Can I send certified mail with receipt?

Yes! We have three additional service levels that the post office provides: Certified Mail, Certified Mail with Electronic Receipt, and Registered Mail.

Can I send bulk mail?

You will be able to send bulk mail soon. A mail merge feature will be available to help you automate the sending of your letters online. To request early acess to this feature reach out.
