Yes! You can port your business phone number or multiple numbers to Thatch. Its easy. Contact us at [email protected] to get started. We can port a number from any business phone system provider.

What is a virtual phone system?

You use your internet connection as your phone system. You do not need a landline or any complicated PBX system for your phones to work. All calls can be taken with an online browser so there is no additional hardware to purchase.

How much Thatch's phone system cost?

We charge $13 per user per month with unlimited calling and unlimited SMS messages

Do you offer call recording?

Yes we can auto-record all calls, or you can record on demand. Please ensure that you are staying compliant with your state / country laws when using this feature.

What phone system calling features do you offer?

We offer a full featured interactive voice response system (IVR), call forwarding, team messaging, toll free numbers, call transfers, and unified communications

Do you process junk mail?

Yes, if you receive junk mail it is scanned and sent to your virtual mailbox. You can contact the marketing company to make sure you and this address is taken off the list.

Do you offer any collaboration tools?

Yes you can invite your entire team to Thatch. You are able to see when each person is online or on a call. You can also direct message them through the app.

What type of internet connection is required?

We require at least a broadband connection to have clear call quality. Anything less will not be a great experience. The higher the connection the better. If using Wifi make sure you have a good connection to your router.
