A virtual mailbox is physical permanent mailing address for you to receive all of your physical mail and packages. We scan the outside and inside of any packages received and send you an email notification of the delivered items. A virutal mailbox will manage all of your postal mail so you don't have to.
How is a virtual mailbox different from a PO box?
Virtual mailbox services provides real street addresses that offers more services that PO Boxes at your local post office. We offer free package storage, mail forwarding, an address to use as a virtual office on business cards. A virtual mailbox will also properly handle all of your discarded mail.
What mailing addresses do You offer?
We currently offer two mailing addresses. We have one in Los Angeles, California and one mailing address in Dallas, Texas. We are working on providing virtual business addresses in New York, Georgia, and Nevada.
How long do you offer physical mail storage?
We will store your physical mail (letters and packages) for up to 30 days. After 30 days any physical mail will be shredded or destroyed.
How long does it take to scan after incoming mail arrives?
Letters and mail are scanned to your virtual mailbox within 24 business hours of arriving to our location. You will receive an email notification of any new mail that arrives for you.
Do you process junk mail?
Yes, if you receive junk mail it is scanned and sent to your virtual mailbox. You can contact the marketing company to make sure you and this address is taken off the list.
Can I send certified mail with receipt?
Yes! We have three additional service levels that the post office provides: Certified Mail, Certified Mail with Electronic Receipt, and Registered Mail.
How Much do virtual mailboxes cost?
We receive and scan all your mail for $39 per month. Unlike many services that will only scan a few documents, or charge separately for that service, Thatch offers free mail scanning with every account so you can manage your mail online.
